NSHN Long-Term Care COVID-19 Outbreak Over
The outbreak on Long-Term Care is now over.
Blind River, ON: The COVID-19 outbreak at the North Shore Health Network (NSHN)’s Long-Term Care Home is now over. The outbreak, which began on August 12th, was declared over on Monday September 9th in conjunction with Algoma Public Health.
Universal masking continues across all NSHN sites due to ongoing activity of COVID-19 and other respiratory viruses in our area. Visitors to the Long-Term Care Home will continue to follow the recommendations of the Ministry of Health regarding masking and personal protective equipment.
