NSHN ANNOUNCES NEW CHIEF NURSING EXECUTIVE

Jaimee Elmore is NSHN’s new Chief Nursing Executive.

The North Shore Health Network (NSHN) is pleased to announce Jaimee Elmore R.N., BScN, as Vice President of Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Executive (CNE).

Jaimee brings more than 22 years of healthcare experience, including 16 years of dedicated leadership at NSHN. She brings a wealth of knowledge, insight and passion to this role. Jaimee is a respected advocate for both patients and clinical staff, brings a leadership approach grounded in collaboration, and has a clear commitment to delivering high quality care.

At the heart of Jaimee’s clinical vision is to ensure high-quality rural healthcare is not only maintained, but continually advanced — giving every member of our community the care and dignity they deserve, close to home. She believes strongly in empowering nursing teams and fostering environments where both patients and staff can thrive.
