We’re Updating Patient Contact Info – Here’s Why!

Image of text chat between NSHN and a patient following the recent telephone and power outages requesting a secondary contact number if available. This blitz will run throughout the month of August.

Recent telephone and power outages have made it tough to reach some of our patients—especially when we need to follow up on test results or return a call.

To help stay connected, North Shore Health Network is running an "Alternate Phone Number Blitz" this August!

When you register for any of our services, we’ll be asking if you’d like to provide a second phone number—just in case your primary number isn’t reachable.

Don’t worry if you don’t have another number to share.

Your safety and care are our priority. Thanks for helping us stay in touch!
